Great blog post about Nonprofit blogging

Take a look at this post from the Have Fun Do Good blog. It answers lots of questions nonprofits often have about blogging. In particular, it discusses the ethics of blogging, what type of content works well in blogs, and how to manage multiple "voices" on your blog.

Speaking of blogs, Camp Ramah in New England has recently created a blog called View from the Heights. After only a couple of weeks, the blog includes lot of great information, pictures, and embedded video. It also incorporates links to other ways to stay connected to Camp Ramah. Nice job! Keep up the good work.

Does your camp currently publish a blog? What is your blog's goal? Who is your arget audience? Leave a note in the comments with any information you'd like to share.

Since posting, I have discovered more camp blogs: Camp Morasha and Camp Tawonga are also blogging news, pictures, and videos.

I am also keeping a BlogRoll list of all camp blogs that I find on the right side of this blog. If your camp has a blog that you'd like listed here, please let me know!
